Navigating Your Dashboard

Your Snowball Dashboard gives you access to all of the tools you need to build, manage and track your organization’s fundraising efforts. Here’s a brief description of these tools and where to find them.

Fundraising Tools

Your Donation Page

Every Snowball account comes with a default Donation Page. You can configure your page to suit your organization, as well as use it to track donations.

Campaign Pages

Premium account holders have access to Snowball’s custom campaign tools. Use them to build unlimited Donation Pages, enable Text-to-Give trigger words, set up thermometers and track progress across initiatives.

Event Ticketing

Premium account holders also have access to event ticketing tools. Use them to create event registration and ticketing forms. You can also manage attendees here.

Registration

All account holders have access to our registration tool.  Use them to create free event registrations. 

Online Auction

Premium Plus and Auction account holders  have access to our online auctioning tool. The auction tool allows you to hold online auctions.


Reporting

Donation History

Track, filter and export donation information here.

Recurring Donations

This is where you’ll track and manage donations from supporters who give on a scheduled basis.

Your Deposits

You can view any past and pending deposits for your organization here.


Supporter Management (CRM)

Your Supporters

Use this to view, create, manage and export your supporter information.

Add New Supporter

Add new supporter details here, including names and information of donors, staff and volunteers.


Organization Settings

Settings

Go to “Settings” to update and edit your organization’s contact information and default logos and colors.

Text-to-Give Settings

“Text-to-Give Settings” allows you to view all of your Text-to-Give history, including responses.

Security Settings

Use this to set up security filters to block donations from specific email or IP addresses. You can also set up security notifications for unusual behavior.

Manage Users

“Manage Users” lets you grant or remove administrative access to other representatives within your organization.

Gateway Settings

This is a list of your payment gateways. If you have an Enterprise account, you can add your own payment merchant here.

Billing & Plan Settings

Come here when you need to view plan information, upgrade your account or manage payment methods.
