Your new Snowball Dashboard gives you access to all of the tools you need to build, manage and track your organization’s fundraising efforts. Here’s a brief description of these tools and where to find them.

Essential Snowball accounts come with one Campaign page. Premium, Professional, and Enterprise account holders can build unlimited campaigns and donation forms, enable Text-to-Give trigger words, set up thermometers, and track progress across initiatives. To learn more about Campaigns, click here.
Essential Snowball accounts can create unlimited event ticketing pages for free registrations; they can't process paid ticket sales. Premium, Professional, and Enterprise account holders have access to unlimited event ticketing tools, including paid ticket sales. Professional and Enterprise account holders have access to our online auctioning tool. The auction tool allows you to hold online auctions, attribute auction items to sponsors, send email and text notifications to bidders, allow convenient mobile bidding via Text-to-Bid, and much more. Track, filter, and export donation information from the transactions reports section.
This is where you’ll track and manage donations from supporters who give on a scheduled basis. You can also cancel recurring donations from here.
You can view any past and pending deposits to your organization here. You can view the amount, date, and status of any deposit. Click here to learn more about setting up deposits.

Form here, you can build and export lists of donors in different donor segments. Most importantly, Supporter Lists are necessary for creating SMS Blasts and Email Blasts.

The Settings area is where you can enter and edit all of the important, high-level information about your organization, such as your organization logo, Text-to-Give number, financial information, and more.
Access the "Settings" section at the top right-hand corner of your dashboard, under your organization's name.

“Text-to-Give Settings” allows you to view your Text-to-Give number as well as your SMS logs. Click here to learn more about Text-to-Give.
“Manage Users” lets you grant or remove administrative access to other representatives within your organization. Learn how this works here.
This is where you can turn off reminder emails from Snowballs to your donors. Otherwise, Snowball will follow up on any incomplete/abandoned donations; or when you choose to use our pledge functionality, Snowball will send reminders to your donors to complete their transactions.
